ABOUT THE COMPETITION
THE PREMIER EVENT FOR YOUNG MUSICIANS
Brisbane International Youth Music Competition held in Brisbane, Australia, since 2012. The competition aims to celebrate the young talent and to provide musically-gifted people with a performance experience to develop professional skills in performing arts.
BIYMC welcomes participants from all around the globe every year. Participation is possible via live audition or remotely via video submission. All entries get assessed thoroughly by a team of professional internationally acclaimed musicians.
The competition consists of three elimination-style rounds. All contestants who progress to the second round (semi-finals) will be rewarded with a Certificate of Participation. The participants excelling in the Finals will be in the running to receive prestigious BIYMC diplomas, a coveted recognition of their outstanding musical talents.
